Job Description The Sr. Analyst, Sales Operations will be the primary Sales Ops lead supporting the SMB and Signature (Account Management and Upsell) segments. This is a diverse role requiring expertise in SFDC, lead and demand generation strategies, sales systems and tools, process design, combined with sharp business acumen. This analyst will be responsible for working with sales leadership and cross functional teams within Sales Ops, Marketing Ops and IT to design data-driven dashboards and analytics tools to drive scale, business insights and sales velocity. This analyst will also be responsible for developing operational strategies to drive process improvement and adoption of sales systems, tools and sales processes. Additionally, the analyst will be involved in automating existing processes, reports, and dashboards consistent with the needs of the management team. The role requires strong organizational, communication and project management skills with the ability to communicate the health of the business and enable data-driven business decisions.
