As a Senior Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to uphold these standards while contributing to a fun and energetic company culture. This position is responsible for owning a portfolio of assigned clients, growing monthly recurring revenue, driving account penetration increase, and actively seeking new business opportunities. This role is vital to the success of our clients and our company growth. It is a fast-paced environment, challenging, and has limitless professional growth opportunities. In addition, this position requires the ability to quickly learn the technical aspects of the product and plan, develop, and execute account management strategies that meet or exceed team and individual goals.

What you’ll do...
- Manage an extensive portfolio of assigned clients that provides numerous opportunities to achieve our cross-selling and expansion growth goals
- Develop strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders to reduce churn for the purpose of increasing retention rates
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure the timely, successful, and profitable delivery of software solutions
- Educate existing clients in a designated market of new products and/or enhancements
- Conduct sales presentations with key buying influencers and decision-makers up to and including C-level executives
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximize profit
- Forecast and track key account metrics and activity using existing CRM
- Represent Engrain at sales events and trade shows, as needed
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Client Success teams
- Serve as an industry and product expert while staying abreast of industry trends, insights, and competitive dynamics in the marketplace
- Up to 25% travel required
What you offer us...
- 5+ years proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably Account Management, Sales, or Project Management, providing SaaS/Cloud/Tech solutions
- Multi-family and/or real estate experience required
- Proven record in planning and executing effective account growth strategies for large enterprise clients
- Aptitude in initiating creative tactics, conducting sales presentations, navigating org charts to reach key influencers and decision-makers, and closing large deals
- Strong skills in data analysis & sales tools usage (i.e., Salesforce.com and LinkedIn)
- Ability to share best practices, continually improve processes and provide clear and consistent reporting to leadership

- Salary Disclosure for Colorado: $70,000 - $90,000 annually + bonus
