Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Administrator you will…
- Perform hands-on technical implementation, with a focus on delivering functional solutions on the Salesforce.com platform.
- Have the ability to customize and implement profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, approvals, etc.
- Provide prompt support to end users to resolve issues with Salesforce and related applications.
- Be able to address development issues and work collaboratively with our product and engineering teams.
- Design, document, and implement specific initiatives to improve business processes and Funding Circle’s CRM environment.
- Support design and ongoing schema changes to promote Funding Circle’s growth and business evolution.
- Salesforce release management including Sandbox management, github deployments, and requirement collaboration with engineering teams.
- Able to research add-on application packages and support ROI analysis for acquisition of applicable programs, lead integration with 3rd party applications, and design and implement SFDC training programs for sales teams and other users.
You’ve been there and done this…
- 3+ years working as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Comfortable working in lightning environment.
- High level thinker that can use experience and ease of use to build a scalable Salesforce org.
- Works well with multiple business units to take requirements and work with additional contracts to build solutions.
- Can take ownership of large scale deliverables and preferred experience in managing deployments in engineering environments such as IntelliJ and GitHub.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- History of working with remote teams.
- Knowledge of Jira/Confluence.
- Experience working at a financial services company or within another highly regulated industry.
- Passion for cutting-edge products and technologies.
