During a typical day, you will...

  • Collect and analyze data to identify sales opportunities, assist with marketing strategies, and forecast market trends. Help lead Junior Analysts.
  • Develop, evaluate, and improve methods of data collection and analysis.
  • Prepare complex reports of metrics and analysis, and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support management activities and provide direct feedback to sales consultants
  • Monitor and support call center operations and provide actional business insights on how to optimize performance
  • Analyzing operational performance in order to create daily, weekly, monthly reports that will provide actional business insights
  • Develop Salesforce reports for related projects

You have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing or related degree
  • 2 – 4 years in a Business Analyst or similar role preferred
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
  • Excellent systems skills including Excel & PowerPoint are required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The knowledge to perform SalesForce.com administrative functions is a plus
