During a typical day, you will...
- Collect and analyze data to identify sales opportunities, assist with marketing strategies, and forecast market trends. Help lead Junior Analysts.
- Develop, evaluate, and improve methods of data collection and analysis.
- Prepare complex reports of metrics and analysis, and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support management activities and provide direct feedback to sales consultants
- Monitor and support call center operations and provide actional business insights on how to optimize performance
- Analyzing operational performance in order to create daily, weekly, monthly reports that will provide actional business insights
- Develop Salesforce reports for related projects
You have…
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing or related degree
- 2 – 4 years in a Business Analyst or similar role preferred
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
- Excellent systems skills including Excel & PowerPoint are required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The knowledge to perform SalesForce.com administrative functions is a plus
