We are now looking to add a Sales Operations Director to #TeamGreen, based in our US headquarters in Denver, CO.

As we rapidly scale our revenue organization, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and driven sales operations leader to help lead us through the next phase of growth by owning productivity, process, and execution across go-to-market functions.

The Sales Operation Director will partner with our sales, marketing, and alliances teams to continually drive sales effectiveness and identify areas for pipeline efficiency improvement. This role will own or drive the processes for sales model and strategy planning, enablement, reporting, quota setting and management, sales performance optimization, sales compensation, and recruiting.

Specific responsibilities include;

  • Create and support a performance-based sales culture designed to exceed business objectives.
  • Align overall sales operations plan and metrics to go-to-market strategy, business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Provide the Sales, Marketing and Alliance leads actionable data to make pipeline impacting decisions. This includes building standard metrics definitions, analyzing trends and providing reporting and data-driven insights.
  • Own the sales enablement strategy, including sales leadership development, on-boarding, sales process, and field communication.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing, sales and delivery value messages throughout the buyer’s journey and drive consistency within sales methodologies.
  • Work closely with product marketing to translate materials and messaging into actionable, best-in-class sales assets, training and improvement programs. 
  • Select and implement industry-leading sales technology and training platforms and tools.
  • Partner with our customer success function on expansion, and renewal strategies and management.
  • Design and continually optimize relevant bookings, pipeline and forecast reports and dashboards for sales team, executive and board-level reporting.
  • Lead the annual planning and quota allocation process in concert with sales and finance leadership teams.
  • Lead a team responsible for CRM management and Salesforce administration. Ensure process adherence and data quality.
  • Process & approve seller attainment for monthly commission purposes.
  • Ensure deal compliance, and adherence to our cultural value of “doing business with integrity”

Ideal Candidate Knowledge, Skills and Experience;

  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations, enablement, revenue operations or equivalent function with significant exposure to global sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS, subscription, and consumption-based software revenue models.
  • High level of comfort with financial modelling and analytical tools.
  • Experience with sales methodologies including MEDDIC, Challenger and Solution Selling.
  • Superior analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Broad experience across the sales and analytics tech-stack including Salesforce.com, Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, LeanData, Drift, Tableau.
  • Strong senior executive engagement and influence skills.
  • Excellent oral & written communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to new demands and seize new opportunities.
  • Experience building and leading high-performance teams.
  • High sense of urgency while working with integrity and passion.
