Why this role?

As Sales Executive - Sourcing Services you'll be primarily responsible for acquiring net new clients as well as grow market share with existing clients across multiple industries and geographic markets who seek to hire technical professionals utilizing our Sourcing Services delivery model.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly targets set by management
  • Working with a global sales team to collaborate and execute on client strategy for Sourcing Services product
  • Creating strategy to drive and sell new business as well as grow active accounts
  • Identifying and communicating competitive challenges
  • Troubleshooting issues and handle challenging situations with clients
  • Working across functional teams (customer success, marketing etc.) to ensure clients are utilizing products and performance meets expectations

Education, Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/sales or a related field or equivalent proven experience
  • 3+ years sales experience
  • Experience hunting for new prospects and customers required
  • Experience selling to technical recruitment teams inside commercial organizations is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge Microsoft Office products and experience with a CRM system

Compensation

Base salary/pay plus commissions of $120,000 – $260,000 per year at 100% of plan targets. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
