Reporting to the Director of Revenue Enablement, the Sales Enablement and Training Specialist (SETS) is responsible for managing the commercial team Go to Market (GTM) enablement and manager development and coaching program across all GHX Business units. The SETS will have expertise in developing and implementing effective sales training that is focused on commercial team managers and their respective teams. Healthcare industry and supply chain experience is preferred but not required. This person will establish and maintain strong working relationships with product management, marketing, revenue operations, sales teams, customer success, and solution specialist teams. The SETS will evaluate the effectiveness of all Sales learning and development efforts by maintaining an enablement dashboard to create transparency around rep skill, progress, and milestones for upboarding. SETS will be responsible for analyzing training success metrics and build enablement reporting visibility for managers to coach to. The role is responsible for implementing and developing effective sales enablement trainings to support our high growth, SaaS organization.   • Create and manage the development and delivery of GTM training for the revenue-generating GHX teams.
  • Build and manage enablement trainings, certifications, and reporting dashboards.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training by analyzing course evaluations, tracking skill retainment, and sourcing feedback.
  • Engage in vendor relationships with learning management systems, content creation software, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, HR, and other business partners to meet company objectives.
  • Support Mergers, Acquisitions and Partnerships from an onboarding and cross functional training perspective.
  • Deliver offsite/onsite training and continuing education programs at our National Sales Conference and regional training events.
  • Translate different job roles and their respective skill level into training that will elevate current employees in their career path.
  • Sets a positive tone and high standard for the sales team in terms of work style, culture, customer experience, communication, and business ethics. Build a continuous learning environment to support the GHX Sales Brand – how we show up and stand out to our prospects and customers.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Self-starter who is ambitious and excited to be part of building the revenue enablement department
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Strong knowledge of LMS systems, preferably Showpad
  • Understanding of Sales processes (preferably the Buyer Led Journey) and training methodology (preferably Miller Heiman)
  • Comprehensive presentation and public speaking skills
  • Curriculum design, implementation, and ongoing management of training programs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities to meet key results
  • Highly proficient in virtual training delivery and classroom management
  • Project management skills

Required Experience

  • BA/BS degree in Business or related field and three plus years of technical sales training experience or sales/field experience.
  • Proven application of instructional design, technical writing, and adult learning principles.
  • A background in delivering in person training, virtual, and blended learning programs
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a complex SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with new technology adaptation and changing environments within an organization.
  • Experience in creating successful training materials that meet different learning styles
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
  • Experience in leadership development and coaching.

  • Healthcare, supply chain, or e-payment technology industry exposure
  • Salesforce Experience
  • Showpad Enablement platform knowledge
  • Project Management experience

Estimated Salary range for this position: $69,300 - $96,600The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX's total compensation package for employees.
