What You Will Do…

  • Develop a reliable and predictable Business-To Business sales pipeline that supports top-down revenue initiatives by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers
  • Apply tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to research and find companies and contacts that match the zLinq Ideal Customer Profile
  • Network within a vertical to build relationships and
  • Use a proven outbound methodology of hyper-personalization through cold calls, emails, mailers and LinkedIn touches.
  • Educate prospects on how zlinq can solve their pain points and manage key projects
  • Qualify the needs of the prospect’s business to determine if they are a good candidate for the zLinq solution
  • Document all sales activities in the HubSpot CRM.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs on the number of contacts added to a hyper personalized sequence, cold calls made and introductory meetings set and completed.
  • Communicate effectively, collaborating directly with customers, sales and cross functional teams.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, take the initiative to get stuff done and amplify your success by sharing your findings with your team.
  • Work directly with SDR Manager, VP of Sales and Founder on identifying creative solutions to problems and long term sales development strategy
  • Develop into a full cycle sales rep within 18 months of starting as a SDR following the Pathway to Promotion.

Per Colorado pay equity posting requirements, the compensation for the Sales Development Representative is between $50K and $55K depending on the candidate experience level.  The role also has a potential $20K variable component, based on quota attainment.
