Sales Development Manager at Quantum Metric, Inc.
What will you do?
- Hire and retain great SDR talent
- Become a Quantum Metric expert and perform hands-on prospecting activities so you can effectively train your team on messaging and sales tactics.
- Set metrics-based activity goals, success criteria, and compensation plans for the SDR team.
- Stay closely aligned with marketing campaigns and events, and build SDR prospecting strategies to help move marketing programs forward.
- Optimize call scripts, email pitches, and other outreach to improve lead generation.
- Regularly audit call recordings, outbound emails, and other SDR activity for quality and learning purposes.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to help the SDRs achieve both corporate and personal goals.
- Manage our prospecting tools (currently Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to ensure seamless integration with the business and effective use by the SDR team.
- Manage the relationship between the SDRs and the sales team, including territory and AE alignment and providing guidance to both SDRs & AEs on how they should strategically work together.
- Regularly provide both marketing and sales leadership visibility into SDR performance.
- 2-5 years of experience managing a prospecting team
- Experience coaching, mentoring, role playing and data analysis required
- Experience with Salesforce, and knowledge of the prospecting tool ecosystem
- Comfortable making sales calls and participating in prospecting meetings
