Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Partnerships, you’ll be a crucial part of our Sales Management Team and provide continuous and constructive coaching for our Sales Development Reps, as well as collaborate with other teams for new telesales project development. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Partnerships, you’ll be a crucial part of our Sales Management Team and provide continuous and constructive coaching for our SDRs, as well as collaborate with other teams for new telesales project development. As a SDR Manager you will…
- Hire and Manage the Inbound SDRs, who fills the top of the funnel and Outbound SDRs, who reengages recently churned applications
- Manage vendor relationships to explore and implement new telesales efforts
- Build, train and coach your own team
- Monitor and develop action plans based on weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports for SDR program and Telesales program
- Improve the outreach cadence and sales process
- Partner with Sales & Partnerships organization to customize training needs for SDR program and Outside Telesales program
You’ve been there and done this…
- You have 5+ years of experience as a team lead or sales manager
- You are highly metrics-driven
- You have experience in startup environments
- You are proficient in Salesforce
- You have a deep understanding of GTM marketing and sales tools (ie. Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Marketo, Intercom)
- You’re passionate about training and developing your team’s skills and careers
- Manage third-party vendor to evaluate a new business opportunity
