The Leader -- Existing Inside Sales is a dedicated individual who manages a team of sales representatives responsible for merchant retention and the selling of value added services over the phone. As a leader, they will train and mentor the team by calling upon a rich experience in sales. Ambitious leaders inspire their teams to do great things, and this role presents the opportunity to make a real impact on the way sales are operated at Worldpay by FIS. In addition to the core duties of a leader this position will be focused on operational readiness and growth for the department. Manage inside/contract renewal sales representatives who are responsible for closing service sales transactions over the phone.
Manage and develop KPI metrics to drive team to success
Administers/designs the inside/contract renewal representatives' sales incentive plan.
Trains, mentors, coaches and supervises inside/contract renewal staff.
Has thorough knowledge of the organization's products/services.
Typically works with the field sales organization to ensure that representatives are provided adequate support in the field.
Work with inside sales representatives to develop channel partnerships.
Responsible for market development, setting targets and ensuring that revenue is generated.
Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization.
