One of the biggest causes of stress for farmers comes from not knowing their financial position, not feeling in control, and not feeling supported. Figured provides peace of mind by providing them with clarity and control, and by connecting them to their financial advisors.

Figured is a SaaS platform that works with their cloud accounting software, to enable Farmers, Accountants, Bankers and their advisors to work together on a single set of financial data, bringing together production information with financial data to create a clear picture of the farms financial position, variance to budget and forecast position.

The role

Eight years on, Figured is now helping Accountants and Banks manage the financial performance of their farming clients across New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland and in the early market development stage across North America. The role will have you working with a growing local and wider global team.

The Partner Success Specialist is responsible for leading the growth and development of Figured with our new and existing partners in the accounting channel.

This is a key position that requires the capability to lead both the successful enablement of Figured with our new accounting partners and support their market team in supporting growth with our existing accounting partners.

  • Support the development of the strategic business plan for North America with a focus on the elements related to partner acquisition and growth with existing partners
  • Develop a partner success plan for the market and lead its execution
  • Lead the post-sales business development partnerships with our leading accounting partners. Establish clear goals and objectives that are aligned with the now, where, how thinking. Manage the execution of these targets.
  • Develop and deliver training to accounting partners on how to develop and grow their business using the Figured platform
  • Collaborate with the wider Partner Success team to develop content and playbooks to support the success process
  • Work with the Product team to represent the needs of the market, bringing insight from the field into the product process from all customer channels
  • Accurately represent and report market sentiment to their market team
  • Support the development of relevant Challenger insights for their market and the application of Challenger at a partner level
  • Support the management of deals in the pipeline and momentum of deals through the customers buying journey

 

Experience and Skills
  • Confident in solution selling or implementation training environment
  • Be skilled at change management and collaborating with partners as part of working towards a shared vision
  • Be a natural problem solver with the ability to identify and navigate roadblocks before they seriously derail a project
  • Be driven and a self-starter with a proven track record of achieving outcomes and being a top percentile performer
  • Be an authentic and compelling communicator across multiple channels. Be comfortable presenting in front of a diverse audience that includes senior stakeholders, either in a sales orientated or project support environment
  • Be able to demonstrate success developing your customers business that goes beyond just ‘making the sale’
  • Have the ability to set goals for yourself, clearly communicate those and own activities within the wider business to help you achieve your goals
  • Have the resilience and patience required to build relationships and lead the customers through their own change journey
  • Be able to work autonomously and be productive while travelling frequently
