As the newest member of the Partner Success Team, you will be helping us grow our business by building relationships directly with our partners to help them stay on track to meet their goals and strategic objectives. Your challenge will be to ensure they are healthy consumers of Gloo’s services by championing their needs and projects internally. You have experience in channel management and a refined communication style that allows you to influence those over whom you have no direct authority. What you’ll be doing:

  • Building trusting relationships with our partners to understand their goals and assist in determining the best strategy for growth
  • Championing the needs of the partner internally and prioritizing their projects within the team
  • Maintaining constant communication with the partner, resolving any issues or concerns
  • Evangelizing new products and features so all consumers of our platform can take full advantage of them
  • Working with the product and user experience teams to surface customer wishes and “boots on the ground” feedback that will help us enhance our product suite for the future

What you’ll bring with you:

  • A Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) and about 3 years of professional experience in account management or channel management with a technology company
  • Refined and elegant communication style – in writing, on the phone and in person
  • Systematic thinker who is comfortable working with and applying technology
  • Comfortable working with faith-based organizations to help them achieve their goals
  • Ability to influence others over whom you have no direct authority
  • A positive and energetic demeanor with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of our partners

What are some social events your company does?

Every Friday afternoon we have an all-company happy hour where team members can relax after working hard all week and enjoy an adult beverage, ping pong, corn hole, and board games. Additionally, the company sponsors game nights, trivia, community service events, an all company picnic and a holiday party.

What projects are you most excited about?

It’s a great time to be at Gloo. I’m working with a high powered cross functional team to tackle challenging problems. Currently, we are focused on transforming our user experience from one of “functional capabilities” into one focused on the “value stack”. We want to unify our disparate UI and data constructs into a single cohesive experience.

I started at Gloo as a project manager, but I’ve always been good with technology. I had been with Gloo for about a year, when I spoke with my manager and Scott [CEO] about my interest in product. They helped set me up for success, supporting me on my career journey. I’ve now been a Product Owner for the last three years and love what I do.
