Mid-Market Sales Director

An experienced SaaS Sales Director who excels in developing and leading the sales process, sales strategy, and sales talent. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Take complete ownership of your team, their revenue goals and consistently meet/beat those goals and other OKRs.
- Use data to illustrate that your actions have a direct impact on your success, your team’s success, and Duda’s success.
- Be a critical thinker. Understand, quantify and synthesize the technical and commercial needs and challenges of your team’s prospects and guide them to the right solution before bringing in specialized reinforcements.
- Define and lead your team’s Go-To-Market strategy to acquire and develop new strategic clients across relevant verticals and customer segments.
- Independently create and deliver persuasive presentations that educate the market and demonstrate Duda’s value propositions.
- Effectively collaborate cross-functionally with your sales team, other sales teams, account management, product marketing and R&D to develop relevant product offerings and sales materials.
- Desire to get involved with the strategic direction of the company, have an opinion and back your opinion up with data, facts and market knowledge.
ABOUT YOU
- 7+ years of total SaaS sales experience
- 3+ years in a management role with 3 or more direct reports
- Proven track record of managing to core KPI’s and overachieving on sales targets
- An empathetic manager and put your team’s development and success at the forefront of your daily activities
- Thrive in a competitive, yet collaborative environment
- Proficient in using proven sales frameworks such as SPICED, MEDIC, MEDDPICC to guide your team’s selling process and success
- Proficiency and accountability in SFDC, Excel, and platforms like Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator and Chorus.ai (or similar)
- Tenacious yet professional and know how to manage your time to execute the diverse set of daily duties required as a seasoned Sales Director.
- Ability to drive and manage cross-functional initiatives at scale
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying partner needs
