The Team:
Sales Operations at Datadog is the right hand to our sales teams, ensuring our processes run smoothly for both our customers and Sales members by helping triage on the front lines from lead creation to opportunity close. We continuously drive adoption and efficiency of our global operations while innovating and implementing process improvements through Salesforce and other tools in order to run a clean sales pipeline. In addition, we help with deal negotiations, generate proper quotas and commissions for the team, and ensure booking and provisioning are correct and compliant.
The Opportunity:
Datadog’s Sales Operations team is seeking an innovative and passionate technology leader, who will contribute to the expansion of our Salesforce platform and its connected CPQ, billing, and commissions systems. This individual will partner with our business stakeholders to design and implement solutions to transform our quote-to-cash and commissions capabilities while managing a team of systems analysts.
You Will:
Lead a team of systems analysts to design, develop and deploy solutions on the Salesforce CPQ and Billing (Revenue Cloud) platform
Partner with multi-functional teams (Deal Desk, Engineering, and Finance) to analyze and optimize the post sales processes related to quote-to-cash.
Act as subject-matter expert for commissions processing and the Xactly product suite
Develop a strategy and plan for improving our overall delivery processes across business
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), deployments, and tech stack audits with the team to ensure business requirements are met and upheld
Create and maintain documentation on all processes, policies, and application configuration
Manage all system controls related SOX, GRC, ITGC, and Change Management
Provide leadership, mentorship and development through regular one-on-ones with your direct team
You Are:
BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or other quantitative field
7+ years experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing)
3+ years experience supporting a large-scale Salesforce CPQ implementation architect or lead analyst
2+ years experience as a first line people manager
Experience with the implementation process of Xactly Incent
Experience with Docusign customization
Strong knowledge of SaaS quoting, subscription and usage billing processes, opportunity and order management
Knowledge of ETL integrations with connected databases
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities

The Manager, Sales Revenue Systems has an annual starting salary of $140,000.00, and a competitive equity package.
