The Fivetran Manager of Sales Enablement will be supporting the entire commercial organization by creating the curriculum for our new-hire academy, facilitating both new hire and existing team trainings, and maintaining an easy-to-use library of the most up-to-date enablement materials available.

 

As a Manager of Sales Enablement at Fivetran you will:

  • Manage and optimize sales onboarding to decrease new hire ramp time by curating curriculum for both live and self-guided training
  • Designing and conducting live and remote trainings
  • Develop and deliver ongoing sales training curriculum, including sales skills training, competitive readiness, playbooks, industry expertise, professional skill development, and product training
  • Create and upkeep of repository of up-to-date sales training materials and resources including assets that align closely with each stage within our sales playbook
  • Design and execute strategies to drive adoption of sales enablement initiatives
  • Partner with cross functional teams to identify sales enablement needs and develop initiatives to address gaps

Your Superpowers:

  • 2+ years of direct experience onboarding, training, and enabling a sales team
  • Exceptionally clear communicator
  • Experience training global sales teams
