Realvolve (realvolve.com), a SaaS CRM and Workflow platform for Real Estate Agents, is looking for a new team member to join our Inside Sales Team as an Inside Sales Representative.

Mission of the Inside Sales Team:

Through the implementation of inbound and outbound contact strategies, convert leads that originate from the Realvolve.com website, as well as through business partners, marketing campaigns and email requests.

As members of the Realvolve Team, you’ll serve as our voice to all those who come in contact with our company – be it over email, phone, or in person. You’ll primarily talk to prospects who’d like to learn more about our product. Your time will be spent nurturing this business as your own; identifying, prioritizing, and executing on the behaviors that will attract and retain great customers. You’ll work with a team of associates sharing the responsibilities of selling, educating, and supporting customers and prospects in pursuit of common goals established around new business, retention, customer satisfaction, lead response time, etc. You’ll spend time building relationships, clearly understanding your customer or prospect’s situation, and (when a good fit is identified) effectively educating and persuading them to take action.

Outcomes of the Inside Sales Role:

  • Convert assigned leads that originate from Realvolve’s various web properties and marketing efforts at a rate of 18% each month.

  • Convert 50% of the clients you have demonstrations with into customers.

  • Create $35,000 in new revenue each month through, training and coaching packages, ticket sales, onsight training, and custom coaching solutions for our clients.

  • Achieve 75% of the monthly sales budget by month 3 of your employment ($26,250).

  • Achieve 90% of the monthly sales budget by month 4 of your employment ($31,500).

  • Achieve 100% of the monthly sales budget by month 5 of your employment ($35,000).

  • Memorize and execute sales processes and scripts as outlined by sales management.

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect information, process sales, and keep comprehensive and up-to-date client information daily (CRM Compliance).

  • Attend sales and product training and develop proficiency with Realvolve’s products, features, training programs, as well as a basic understanding of the Real Estate market and industry.

Basic Requirements

  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills via email and phone - warmth above all.

  • Grammar and typing skills

  • Demonstrable history of initiative and the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with attention to detail and impeccable time management

  • Must be computer/web literate and generally "tech savvy"

  • Must be willing to work out of the Realvolve headquarters in Denver Tech Center.

Additional beneficial skills include things like:

  • Strong Software Customer Service, Training, Sales, and/or Support experience

  • Real Estate experience a huge plus

  • Ability to thrive in a casual "start-up" type atmosphere

  • Strong self-awareness

  • Willingness to try new things, make mistakes, but not the same mistakes twice

  • Genuine belief in and enthusiasm for the product

  • Sixth sense for identifying opportunities for improvement and the tenacity and tact required to effect change

  • Formal or informal leadership, sales, marketing experience

  • Previous experience with web based CRMs

  • Desire to quote The Office or Nacho Libre with your coworkers
