Position Summary:

Within DispatchHealth, the Growth Operations organization is responsible for both expanding the company through the cultivation of strategic and community partnerships and tracking growth against budgeted plans.  The Growth Analyst is a trusted partner to Commercial and Growth leadership, empowering data-driven decision-making through insight generation to help achieve organizational goals, both nationally and by market.  This role is designed for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot quickly, always focused on providing guidance to allow partnerships and the organization to evolve and thrive in pursuit of bringing the power of the hospital to the comfort of home. 

What You'll Do

  • Quantify the impact of growth channels, including but not limited to partner clinical integrations and direct to consumer tactics 
  • Measure and report on the impact of national and market-level promotional strategies, including digital and direct mail marketing tactics 
  • Develop insights via structured case studies to highlight patient outcomes and medical cost savings generated 
  • Assist management with top-down growth reporting through partner/integration-level insight generation 
  • Build tools to measure and track impact of partnership integration strategies 
  • Presents recommendations and conclusions to diverse stakeholder audiences including executive and senior leadership 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across many teams to solve multi-faceted partner-focused business problems 
  • Support internal data cleansing through channel (source) creation to maintain reporting infrastructure 

What You Need

  • 2-4 years of relevant business experience, preferably in the healthcare industry 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or similar field 
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment 
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Demonstrated experience juggling multiple projects to successful outcomes 
  • Strong collaboration skills and team-first mindset 
  • Experience using Looker, Tableau or other data visualization tools for report construction and database queries preferred 
  • Experience with large data sets from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Definitive Healthcare, and The Advisory Board preferred 
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning preferred 
  • Experience with open-source programming languages such as R or Python preferred
