Director, Strategy & Development
We are seeking a Strategy & Development Director for our Provider Solutions team. The Director will be accountable for the strategy, development and growth of Strive's business through partnerships with external physician groups and health systems. This individual will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies for key offerings, building and maintaining long-term provider relationships, communicating our offerings to the market, and structuring and executing strategic partnerships. This person will be the prospective customer's main point of contact from initial conversation throughout their relationship with Strive. S/he must be able to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and Strive's portfolio to develop and bring to market custom solutions. The ideal candidate will be strategic, consultative, and energized by provider conversations. The kidney care industry is rapidly shifting to value, so this is a great role for a driven and intellectually curious candidate.
Essential Functions
- Develop and execute growth plan to enter new markets and establish new provider partnerships
- Identify and develop a set of target accounts across key markets
- Work with Solutions and Marketing teams to effectively communicate Strive's vision and offerings to the market
- Identify appropriate solutions for prospective and current customers
- Serve as relationship owner for external providers
- Lead consultative and solution-oriented meetings with partners from initial conversation through contracting
- Navigate complex partnership structuring discussions
- Establish strong, trusting relationships with providers
- This role is remote capable
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or related field
- 5-7+ years consulting, strategy, or business development experience within a healthcare environment
- Experience working with and/or selling to physicians, health systems, and/or managed care organizations
- Working knowledge of value-based healthcare contracting
- Ability to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder priorities and organize around a common goal
- Experience working within a startup and/or high-growth company
Annual Salary Range: $128,000.00 - $142,000.00
Strive Health offers competitive compensation and benefits. An annual performance bonus, determined by company and individual performance, is available for many roles and aligned to Strive Health guidelines.
