THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships to drive and scale key strategic relationships among various channel partners, affiliates, vendors, group purchasing organizations, and other key industry allies. You will be the first hire on the Strategic Partnerships team and you will have the ability to drive meaningful results as a key contributor to the future growth of the company.
THE TEAM
You will work directly with the Head of Strategy and Operations, our CEO, and the entire executive team to set strategy around growing our company leveraging relationships with partners to reach more of our nation’s hospitals and health systems.
This role will be responsible for bringing on new key strategic partnerships, maintaining and scaling existing relationships, and will play a critical part in Vivian’s future of building the largest marketplace across healthcare work. This is a great leadership opportunity in a fast-paced, growing organization.
ABOUT YOU
You have the ability to shift gears quickly from high level strategy to tactical work on a frequent basis. You are comfortable working with minimal direction and you hold yourself accountable. You will be in tune with the key players of our industry and have a passion for building relationships that create mutually beneficial and aligned outcomes.
THE SKILL SET
- 6+ years experience in high-growth Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Sales or related fields
- Develop and grow key stakeholder relationships within major healthcare facilities and their partners or customers (ATS or VMS providers, job boards, hospital associations, healthcare consulting firms, GPOs, and many others)
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to identify, formulate, and communicate mutually beneficial initiatives with partners in order to best represent our offering.
- Track record of working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure partner effectiveness / engagement
- Manage, negotiate and execute on large partnership agreements
- Ability to drive, track, analyze and communicate key partnership metrics to cross functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial and creative ability to bring impactful strategic deals to life from conception to execution
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or sales for healthcare staffing or healthcare recruiting-related products and services
- Knowledge of, and experience working with, healthcare employers or their partners, vendors, or customers.
