About the role:
Lead a Customer Success team to deliver the best user experience for Pazien in four areas: internal production support, customer service, implementation and onboarding, and relationship management
About the team:
In this role, you will lead 3 direct reports responsible for Pazien product support including customer issues, production support, and direct merchant support.
What you will be doing:

  • Develop team members to identify, Improve, and document processes
  • Partner with Pazien Engineering to plan and execute on changes to the platform
  • Help shape the roadmap based on user and team feedback
  • Communicate with various endpoints to resolve issues or discuss changes to their data feed
  • Work with internal Worldpay stakeholders on how Pazien can better serve users
  • Perform quarterly troubleshooting session for internal users based on current issues
  • Partner with UX and Product to shape communications
  • Attend internal sprint planning meetings to represent user and team needs
  • Customize and maintain Pazien's instance of Salesforce
  • Perform training for any new team members or for any cross-training opportunities


What you will need:

  • Payments Industry Experience
  • Strong leadership and management experience
  • Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally
  • Demonstrates the ability to lead by example and motivate professional level staff
  • Displays strong leadership qualities, decision making abilities and strong business judgment
  • Possesses strong personnel management skills
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, team building, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
  • Demonstrated customer-focused leadership ability
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
