What is this opportunity?

Associate Sales Executive - Commercial Inside Sales

To establish, maintain and grow relationships with existing and prospective Dice commercial/direct hire clients to achieve maximum revenue potential.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Sell new products to in-active clients & potential prospects
  • Develop new business by following up on leads generated by lead campaigns, tradeshows and inbound telephone, website leads and outbound calls
  • Responsible for monthly and long-term renewals of current client contracts
  • Establish and cultivate key relationships via the telephone
  • Contact assigned accounts to maintain and generate continued sales of Dice services
  • Sell incoming leads at an established closed ratio
  • Attain established goals set by self and direct manager

What are we requiring for this role?

  • Hunter Mind set with an ability to sell solutions to customers.
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong knowledge Microsoft Office products and experience with a CRM system.

Required Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field or equivalent proven experience
  • 1 year of sales ability/experience
