Program Coordinator (Contract)

We are looking for a Coordinator to provide excellent sales and support for our new Design Services unit. This team provides concierge album design services for customers who want a premium photo album but have limited time. This contract position is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help shape the program’s ongoing success.
The Day to Day:
Deliver an exceptional customer service experience via email, phone and chat
Drive Design Services revenue through excellent inbound sales communications
Assist program operations with Lead Account Manager and designers
Help improve conversions through ongoing process improvement recommendations
Ensure accurate and timely order processing and delivery
Provide assistance and quality assurance to our external production team as needed
Troubleshoot inbound website bugs and report to Product and Tech teams
Qualifications:
Exceptional written and verbal skills to help customer onboarding, upselling and troubleshooting
Strong organizational, time management and record-keeping skills - true attention to detail and proven ability to do so in past work
Excellent people skills - you're a true people person, you work well on a team, and strive to see everyone succeed together
Comfort with a fast-paced environment and working with a new program that will rapidly evolve
Value patience and kindness and consider yourself to have a contagiously happy attitude
Experience working with a CRM or support ticketing platform such as Zendesk (the solution we use), Freshdesk, etc is strongly preferred
This is a 30-35 hour a week contract position at an hourly rate of $18-$20, based on experience.
