Summary
The Sales Planning and Performance Analyst is responsible for a variety of sales and corporate support functions. These activities include owning or assisting with some or all of the following activities: territory analysis, sales/quota planning, bookings forecasting, sales process improvement efforts, and designing and maintaining sales analysis and reporting.
What You’ll Do

Works with sales & operational leadership to provide data and insights to help drive business decisions

Creates and maintains active territory model based on current company objectives

Works with sales leadership to optimize periodic sales territory realignments and set equitable quotas

Creates and maintains documentation of team processes

Assists in Sales Compensation validation process
What You’ll Need
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience

Experience with Salesforce or related CRM tool
-
Experience manipulating and analyzing data in Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, deliver quality, and manage multiple projects/deliverables in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Ability to collect, clean, analyze, and distill small and large data sets with strong self-review, high attention to detail, and effective/scalable utilization of tools and processes.

Ability to communicate complex issues in an effective way that allows the Analyst and others to understand and approach opportunities.

Possesses and focuses on strong decision making, and continually works to refine and expand their decision making skills and framework.

Experience with Sales Performance Management tools (Xactly, Clari, Anaplan or similar tools)

Experience with SQL, R and VBA
Travel Requirement
Up to 10% travel
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.
How You’ll Be Rewarded:
- Salary range in the US:
$61,000.00 - $104,000.00
- A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
- Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
- 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
