Job Title: Head of Sales, Floify

Job Summary 

The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love for you to be a part of it as our Head of Sales for our Floify Business. 

Floify seamlessly integrates state-of-the-art digital tools and automation to power a modern, efficient mortgage process for lenders, originators, and their borrowers.

What You Will Do As Head of Sales for Floify  

  • Responsible for general day-to-day oversight of the sales team
  • Lead the sales team by setting metrics and performance initiatives
  • Source and close opportunities with enterprise level customers
  • Design and lead retention and expansion initiatives for key accounts
  • Determine and implement strategies for selling to customers of all sales sizes
  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
  • Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
  • Hire and develop sales staff
  • Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
  • Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
  • Provide proactive governance to ensure that sales opportunities are responded to immediately and with high quality
  • Create and update sales presentations, proposals, business reviews, sales checklists and other artifacts that help the sales team sell into the broker and lender segments
  • Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function
  • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
  • Ensure customer and opportunity information is kept up to date in CRM systems
  • Travel to client sites, key client events and conferences
  • Proactively monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
  • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities

What You Will Bring As Head of Sales for Floify 

  • Demonstrated ability to source, build and nurture mid-market and enterprise-level relationships 
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and close mid-market and enterprise-level opportunities
  • Strong client relationship management experience, with demonstrated ability to lead expansion and retention strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to build high performing teams across various sales functions 
  • Strong business acumen, communication, critical thinking skills, and analysis capabilities
  • Comfortable presenting and making recommendations to executive level
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with multiple functions
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and influence behaviors to help drive change
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with databases and sales software (Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and GSuite
  • 7-10 years of relevant revenue/sales leadership and operations work experience; preferably in a high-growth, dynamic SaaS B2B environment in the PropTech or FinTech space
  • 2-5 years of people management experience
  • Deep knowledge of SFDC required, including ability to design and execute reporting to drive valuable and differentiated insights 
  • Strong understanding and execution of standard sales and marketing operations processes (sales forecasting, sales compensation, territory management, and sales quotas)
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; able to assess prioritization by gauging business impact in consideration of competing priorities.

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member 

Pay Range*: $155,000.00 - $185,000.00 annually. 

*Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.  
 
Additionally, you will be eligible to receive long-term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals. 
 
You will also be eligible to receive sales incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
