Account Executive - Short Term Rental Property Management Sales

What we are looking for

As a Vacation Property Management Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing our short term rental inventory by selling Awning’s property management solution to homeowners. You will work in a high-velocity sales environment (We currently have too many leads we can handle), with the goal of meeting monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

 

What you’ll do

  • Handle inbound/outbound sales operations through telesales, and video conferencing.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities and plan and execute management portfolio growth
  • Learn and communicate company services and policies, staying current with any changes
  • Consistently log and update sales activities in the company's CRM
  • Handle a large volume of networking and lead generation while managing your sales pipeline through the various sales development stages

 

What you’ll bring

  • 2-5+ years of work (full-time) experience (this is a better fit for someone earlier in their career)
  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in short-term/vacation rentals (owner, management, sales, Vacasa, Evolve)
  • Determined and tenacious personality
  • Ability to act as a consultant to homeowners and initiate long-term relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable
  • Knowledge of the vacation rental industry
  • A passion for real estate and a personal knowledge of owning & operating short term rentals

  • Total Comp: $100,000+ OTE
  • Base: $30,000
  • Variable: $70,000+ (uncapped commissions)
