Opportunity
LogRhythm is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) in our Global Information Systems (GIS) team at our corporate office in Boulder, CO. This individual will be responsible for implementing and supporting life-cycle process improvements while managing the execution of high-quality, project-oriented GIS features and operational maintenance. This position will report to the Director of the team and will not be responsible for resource management to enable the right candidate to ensure effective delivery of all work performed by the GIS team.
As the TPM, you will be an essential member of the cross-functional team that delivers cloud-based technical solutions and operational maintenance across all business units. You will have the opportunity to establish efficient processes and manage the execution of quality features within CRM and ERP business applications. You will be integral in tracking delivery effectiveness within various GIS workstreams that include technical and functional approaches.

Core Functions
- Serve as the primary day-to-day POC within the GIS team for productivity and delivery of tasks.
- Participate in GIS team planning and status reporting meetings while overseeing project and application solution execution.
- Collaborate with Product Owner to ensure prioritized efforts are aligned with continuous output.
- Manage multiple strategic projects throughout their entire lifecycle by way of differentiated delivery methods.
- Track progress, identify dependencies and evaluate risks associated with GIS team Sprints and operational commitments.
- Evaluate and continually improve the team’s ability to deliver high-quality results through continuous improvements and adoption of operational standards.
- Drive awareness and accountability of release schedules and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Able to effectively monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the organization’s effectiveness by being a trusted advisor, facilitator and creative problem solver.
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading projects, employing diplomacy and strategic thought leadership in order to resolve challenges and drive results effectively.
- Strong track record of successful team productivity, by way of goal realization and metrics attainment.
- Detailed understanding of typical quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes, with an emphasis on standard business practices related to Sales Operations, Accounting, and Customer Success.
- Strong analytical skills with comprehensive abilities related to end-to-end business processes and system flows.
- Familiarity with ITIL, SDLC, Agile principles and Project Management.
