Strategic Alliances Coordinator at Zayo

As a Strategic Alliances Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting Zayo’s Alliance Program, with an emphasis on the Referral Program and Partner Portals. Additionally, this role will complete organizational and management tasks that support the efforts of a variety of operational projects, campaigns and key program deliverables.
Research and approach potential strategic partners.
Initiate client communications and presentation of the Alliance Referral Program.
Collect and analyze feedback from potential partners and identify best fit for partnership.
Execution of Referral only partners. Including, but not limited to: presentation of program, sales team engagement, contract execution, leads tracking, reporting.
Manage Zayo’s brand on partner portals in collaboration with marketing.
Wearing multiple hats is a key to success as there are many action items in flight to track and manage.
Manage financials facilitating partner invoices and POs through proper processes.
Track and report on a number of programs, campaigns utilizing Salesforce.com and Google Suite.
Support all program operations as deemed necessary.
This is a customer and partner facing role requiring poise and professionalism to represent our brand in a good light.
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A relentless zeal to contribute, and should have a passion for all things international.
Ability to communicate in a professional manner addressing internal and external partner needs.
Efficient with computers with a willingness and ability to learn new software.
Highly detail oriented, fast learner, ability to adapt and thrive in an ever changing environment.
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills and proven ability to interface cross functionally as well as with various levels of management.
Possess a sense of urgency with the ability to make timely, creative, and sound decisions under pressure.
Ability to multi-task and manage competing requests in a professional manner.
Desire to understand processes, identify improvements, and implement change.
Expert level of familiarity with MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
Mid level of familiarity with project management concepts.
Mid level of familiarity with service improvement methods.
Basic understanding of telecom industry required.
High level of experience with Salesforce.
Base salary range: $55,000-$70,000
Full-time Zayo employees are also eligible for discretionary quarterly short-term and long-term incentive cash bonuses which are based on the performance of the Company, an employee’s business segment, and the individual employee
