Sr. Program Manager
The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for executing on prioritized Product Delivery initiatives. This role will help create the organizational structure to standardize project processes and governance at scale, serving as a leader to the newly created Product Delivery PMO. In addition, this role will successfully deliver on intended business outcomes on time and within scope through partnership with product delivery, customer operations, and across go-to-market functions. The Senior Program Manager will be a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in delivery excellence and exceptional program management, successfully delivered in a collaborative, highly matrixed environment.Key Responsibilities
- Lead project and program delivery for GHX content initiatives from concept through delivery maintaining a unified delivery plan including milestones, dependencies and timelines across matrixed technology and operations teams
- Provide leadership to ensure designated Product, Engineering and other functional leads successfully achieve GHX objectives
- Establish a relationship with the Steering Committee through accurate and complete status reporting, and by driving timely recommendations for risk mitigation and/or alternative solutions
- Maintain the program budget including resource and hiring plans, one-time expenses, and tracking of achievement of performance targets for portfolio investments
- Maintain a high level of communication and visibility across the team on status, dependencies, investments, and emerging needs
- Surface risk, blockers, and dependencies and facilitating resolution and decision memorialization
- Partner and collaborate across matrixed teams translating strategic initiatives into actionable tasks
- Coordinate tasks and dependencies across multiple inter-department and cross functional projects
- Define and maintain standards for the Product Delivery Program Management Office, leveraging best practices and corporate expectations, to drive standardization and scalability across large initiatives
Key Duties
- Define and create project plans throughout the software development Lifecyle across platform, infrastructure, data operations, customer operations surfacing dependencies to be managed and requirements for prioritization
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to establish key milestones, activities, and dependencies though successful launch and go-to-market to ensure organization is enabled to successfully deliver and sustain solutions in market
- Establish and manage portfolio cadence for program reporting and quarterly planning (including Objectives and Key results) across matrixed teams including intake, prioritization, progress reporting, and stakeholder demos
- Facilitate team alignment and effectiveness throughout the quarter by capturing issues, actions, blockers, and dependencies and working them to resolve with appropriate team members and leadership as needed
- Manage scope to ensure agreed time, cost, and quality parameters are met
- Represent the project at project governance and inter-department forums

Required Education, Certifications, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline, and a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience. MBA a plus.
- 6+ years' proven Software Project Management experience
- 4+ years' working in an Agile software development environment
- Solid working knowledge of project management principles, to include proficient use of project management tools and software.
- Proficient with Project and Portfolio Management activities, reports, and tools (Visio, MS Project, Atlassian Suite - Confluence, Jira, Aha!, etc.)
- A demonstrated track record of accomplishing goals, meeting deadlines, and holding yourself and others to a high standard for large-scale product delivery programs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to present solutions with both technical and non-technical arguments
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or CSM certification
- Agile certification or experience
- Change management experience
- Budgeting and finance experience
Estimated salary range for this position: $125,000 - $140,000The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX's total compensation package for employees.
