About the role

Robinhood is looking for a Program Manager to support the Organic Social team! You will develop high-level social strategy, quarterly planning, creative development, and overall execution for owned social channels in collaboration with the Creative, Marketing, Content, and Communications team.

This role will facilitate strategic channel planning for social initiatives, shepherd the creative process, communicate roadblocks, and continuously identify ways to improve how the team operates. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, has outstanding organizational and project management skills, and can independently lead a roadmap of social projects and initiatives. They have sophisticated writing, business judgment, and process management. This person will ultimately enable our team to execute and deliver outstanding work.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Developing and activating annual go-to-market and seasonal campaigns
  • Translating requests into briefs, SOWs, and RFPs for creative production
  • Developing content calendars, production plans, and owning day-to-day management of organic social work, including: requirements gathering, planning, prioritizing, scheduling, and communication coordination of teams and approval processes through all phases of implementation
  • Overseeing the creative production of digital assets for organic social and ensuring our creatives, strategists, and agency partners are set up to produce the best work possible
  • Onboarding, managing, and cultivating relationships with external vendors and handling delivery calendars
  • Contributing to ongoing report recaps, which inform growth and optimization
  • Accelerating team efficiency by improving processes, workflows, tools, documentation frameworks, asset management systems, and resourcing strategies that help the team build new solutions or advise principled risk-taking

About you:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Ability to establish and oversee end-to-end programs, define and iterate processes, support social teams, and develop internal and external relationships
  • A solid understanding and background of design and animation production for social
  • Experience with project management and asset tracking tools/softwares
  • Superb organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively on an ego-free, collaborative, cross-functional team

  • Hands-on expertise with Adobe CS and Figma
