š About the Role
This is an exciting time to be joining an enterprise SaaS rocketship, and 2020ās first tech unicorn! Increased client adoption, overall team growth, and partners fitting into our Continuous Product Design framework means weāre scaling Quantum Metricās partnerships ecosystem. To support that growth, we are looking to bring on board a seasoned partner program leader who can help build a robust partner program that helps scale overall partner business and ensure success of our ecosystem partners. As Senior Partner Program Manager, you will develop and manage the Quantum Metric global partner program enabling technology, cloud and solution partners. You will work cross-functionally with the alliances and channels teams, sales,Ā customer success, marketing, and product to build and launch programs, tools, processes and metrics to expand our global partner ecosystem.
š§ Responsibilities
- Develop the strategy, program framework and operational processes for the Quantum Metric partner program
- Collaborate with the partner team and partner marketing to develop the program structure, partner guides and engagement processes to support the technology and channel partnerships
- Go- to-market (GTM) strategies, documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency and effectiveness. This includes project management tools, RACI models, operating plans, etc.
- Work closely with internal teams that support the partner program, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Finance, to ensure program success
- Drive end-to-end process for engaging partners including prospecting, evaluation, onboarding, enablement and go-to-market initiatives.
- Define, track and report on the KPIs for the overall partner programĀ
- Own the planning and execution for partner engagements including partner summits and partner advisory board meetings (PAB).
š” Requirements
- 6 - 8 years of technology-related sales, partnerships or program management experience.
- Experience developing and growing a global partner program supporting cloud, technology and solutions partners (SIs, digital agencies).
- Experience developing partner enablement plans including learning paths and certification
- Experience developing partnerships and alliances within the e-commerce/digital industry (with direct experience in analytics, experimentation, CX, personalization or application performance monitoring a plus)
- Experience working with and managing partnerships with enterprise organizations.Ā
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment - a self-starter who exhibits passion, persistence, and integrity in all that you do.
- Exemplify the following traits - articulate, thoughtful, professional, organized, concise, humble and accountable, with excellent communication skills and a high emotional IQ.
- Bachelorās degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Compensation: $130-160,000 base, 70/30 split
