JOB SUMMARY:

Project Coordinators (PC) support the implementation team in leading our client readiness process, managing inventory, ordering hardware, and submitting requests to other departments in preparation for deployment. PC's work with our most established public sector clients to ensure they are maximizing their use of Granicus SaaS products. Expert product knowledge, attention to detail, versatility, and enthusiasm for client success are cornerstones for this role. Candidates should bring a consultative approach and a "whatever it takes" attitude to ensure client success.

What You'll Do:

• Lead our client readiness process. This includes working with Sales and our Clients to make sure we are ready to implement our software and hardware
• Lead our document assessment process
• Manage the hardware inventory we have in our corporate office in Denver
• Order hardware for our clients in preparation for the planned implementations
• Submit various requests to other departments for prior to implementations
• Provide regular reporting for the implementation team
• Execute project-based assignments

SECURITY REQUIREMENT:

Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program.
