About the team:

We’re seeking a People Operations Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis (6 months). The role will be responsible for helping deliver high priority projects within our People Operations ecosystem to support Robinhood's rapid growth, primarily leading the charge on implementation of a 1:1 req management approach in our Workday (HRIS) and Greenhouse (ATS) systems.

The right candidate loves bringing structure and a consultative approach to their work, with a bias toward action to deliver outstanding project and change management.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Own and drive the implementation of a 1:1 requitisition management approach across our Workday and Greenhouse systems, which will enable accurate, scalable headcount and position management across open and filled roles at Robinhood
  • Develop, manage and maintain scoping documentation, technical requirements and the project plan
  • Set mutually-agreed upon project timelines and evaluate milestones
  • Parter closely with team members and stakeholders in our Recruiting, HR Systems and our Workforce Planning teams; assign and lead the responsibilities of team members
  • Run the risk, action item, issue and key decision log; identify potential issues and mitigate risks to minimize the impact to the project schedule
  • Deliver status reports to senior management on a regular basis
  • Coordinate activities with third party providers as needed (e.g. external Workday consultants, Greenhouse CSM)
  • Lead organizational change efforts and trainings across end users: Recruiters, Recruiting Managers, Finance Partners, Hiring Managers, Workforce Planning & Position Management Partners

About you:

  • 4+ years of project management experience in HR/Recruiting, either internally or in a consulting environment
  • Consistent track record of running enterprise-wide and multi-disciplinary process scaling projects and change initiatives
  • Proficiency of project management methodologies, organizational change principles, tools and leading practices
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize and balance multiple workstreams and/or projects, depending on need
  • High confidence in and commitment to relationship-building, especially at the leadership level
  • Experience with Asana, G-Suite

Bonus points:

  • Workday and Greenhouse project management experience
  • Project management and organizational change certifications (i.e., PMP, PfMP, CCMP)
