Summary 

This position is responsible for the management of the Toastmasters International Digital Tools and Services program. The program includes a full spectrum of Toastmasters’ business processes that include membership, and curricular integration activities with our corporate partners to our mobile, web, other third party application offerings and integration with our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (CRM/CE and Finance/Operations) solution. You will manage the program objectives and propose strategic directions about the execution of the programs. The program manager will manage the design, development, and implementation of the application integration program; mobile, web, third party application objectives, and interfaces to Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications; change management; business requirements development; and training for applicable solutions. You will manage internal resources and staff and work closely with application partners and third-party vendors. You will collaborate with stakeholders and business teams to adopt and implement the digital tools and services program applications and ensure the best user experience and expectations. 

 

Description 

• Communicate, and implement digital tools and services project implementation strategy.  and roadmap to present and work closely with the program governance team. 

• Communicate, and implement corporate partner project strategy, solution, and act as account liaison for each implementation project.   

• Prepare business case requirements for new partner and digital services initiatives and present to the leadership team for approval. 

• Identify, develop, and maintain project plans including staffing and resources, budget, scope, and quality management, development and deployment of solutions, requirements, change management, training, communication and risk management to ensure the solution delivery meets budget and delivery times. 

• Ensure proper documentation (roadmap, plans, contracts, design, others as needed) is created, maintained, and approved for all aspects of the program from project initiation and development to delivery and maintenance. 

• Ensure adequate practices are in place for change management including business processes, training, test plans and UAT, business readiness assessment and production systems. 

• Encourage and support consistent collaboration and communications with internal and external stakeholders, customers/partners, and with the organization leaders and officers. 

• Collaborate with the technical team on design, development, configuration, deployment, monitoring and support of mobile, web and other 3rd-party solutions. 

• Develop KPIs on the programs and provide quarterly reports.  

• Coach and mentor the assigned staff to support execution of IT roadmap. 

• Develop and maintain a culture of staff development and cross training. 

• Collaborate with the technical team and ERP Program Director to identify and develop integrations between Digital Services application and ERP solutions. 

• Engage the management team by escalating of critical issues.  

• Delegate work adequately, monitor performance and oversee project deliveries are successful.  

• Plan and execute business initiatives as it relates to IT. 

• Oversee the project closeout activities and transitions. 

• Report to Chief Information and Digital Officer (CIDO) on status of projects, change in plans, risks and performance. 

• Perform other duties as assigned by the CIDO. 

 

Knowledge and Skills 

• Must have In-depth experience in development, implementation, and deployment of software solutions. 

• Experience setting and managing customer/partner experience and expectations. 

• Extensive experience in software solution development and delivery lifecycle. 

• Ability to lead and coach your team and influence other IT managers. 

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills. 

• Strong oral and written communication skills. 

• Strong organizational skills to consistently and efficiently produce results. 

• Knowledge of best practices for implementations using Agile framework. 

 

Requirements 

• MBA and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields. 

• Ten years of experience in enterprise business solution development and delivery, including Web, Mobile, Portal and application integrations. 

• Ten years of experience in managing software applications. 

• Five years of experience in managing customer/partner relationships and expectations for system integrations and data migrations. 

• Five years of experience in managing vendors and external consultants. 

• Five years of experience in program and project management. 

 

This role will be working full-time in our office located at 9127 S. Jamaica St. Englewood, CO 80112. Permanent work authorization required.
