Our Partner Sales Managers are responsible for understanding and supporting our integrators in selling AutoStore. By being in close contact with the sales department and the management the PSM is creating sales strategies with the partners, how to sell AutoStore in the best possible way, and at the same time PMs are supporting the active sales department in ongoing projects when there is questions coming up. Main tasks are training/onboarding new sales managers of partners, overseeing the pipeline development and projects, supporting partners top management in building business plans, Project Development Reward, and regulation of pipeline calls and business reviews to get a traction on ongoing projects to be sold.

Main Purpose of the Role:

  • Develop the business in accordance with the go-to-market- and company strategy.
  • Manage and drive distributor accounts to full potential.
  • Working closely with AutoStore distributors:
  • Day to Day relation and collaboration with the distributors, securing best in class service and support.
  • Organizing and holding Monthly Pipeline Calls, together with Quarterly Business reviews at the distributor’s facility.
  • Building deep relationships across different departments, including concepting, solution development, sales and project delivery to capture the right opportunities and position AutoStore as the preferred option in our addressable market.
  • Be an AutoStore ambassador of the region

Key Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Develop excellent customer relations with the distributors
  • Establish AutoStore as the distributors preferred supplier
  • Support AutoStore distributors in the daily work, but also on customer visits, trainings etc (on request)
  • Drive business plans to achieve annual goals
  • Organizing and holding Monthly Pipeline Calls, together with Quarterly Business reviews at the distributor’s facility.
  • Continuously assess own key priorities, and support the distributors to win new projects
  • Prepare and participate in biweekly meetings (internal), and give update on:
  • Recent wins/losses and underlying drivers/reasons
  • Status of key priority leads incl. actions taken and outcome
  • Develop proposal for additional actions to take
  • Provide Distributor Budgets
