We are seeking an individual to drive Internal Zoom Room Product/Process Strategy & Enablement to help the global sales organization proactively identify & progress room sales opportunities. The primary goal of the role is to create and deliver content & strategic messaging to help Room Specialists & Account Executives win more business.
This role is intended to be very strategic as you create & drive internal awareness of the Zoom Room offering & create processes to help operate more efficiently. It will be critical that the Strategy & Enablement leader is partnering with Marketing, Sales, Engineering & Communications teams to capitalize on significant market momentum.
Partner with Zoom Room Sales leadership to develop Room specialists & the AE sales organization.
Conduct Room specialist, segment & vertical team needs assessment
Create & Deliver on-demand training content
Conduct live in-person and virtual sales training
Participate & deliver training for new hire boot camps
Scale Zoom Room influence through train-the-trainer programs
Develop segment specific strategy knowledge & support inquiries and follow-up on items pertaining to Zoom Room
Enhance Zoom Room internal content and effective touch points in the sales cycle
Foster internal relationships to educate sales teams on the value of Zoom Room as a strategic part of the business
Continually enhance product and operational process knowledge to maintain role as a Zoom Room subject matter expert
Participate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals
Willingness to flex hours to support global sellers as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Must understand collaboration room technology and industry best practices
5+ years of proven Sales Enablement experience
Sales leadership experience a plus
Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
Self motivated individual with the ability to work in a changing environment
Consultative seller with strong business acumen
Strong presentation skills to create succinct and engaging sales messaging, training material and supporting documents
Experience leading others with product training; sales best practices; demo and sales guides; learning and training materials.
Ability and aptitude to work within various medium to coach & develop individual sellers
Ability to evaluate complex processes and apply critical-thinking skills & develop new systems to improve workflow
Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google products
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative environment
Fluency in 2 or more languages a plus
Willing to travel both domestically and abroad
Have a demonstrated, proven track record of driving for results
