Job Description
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Loads and unloads goods and supplies.• Packs, labels, and tags inventory.• Moves paper and envelopes from warehouse to production environment for use by print and insert operators, ensuring correct materials are selected from inventory and moved to appropriate production equipment.• Ensures proper handling of inventory to avoid damage.• Tracks any damaged inventory and reports to supervisor.• Conducts cycle counting of inventory and manages daily log registers.• Maintains and updates data in warehouse inventory system.• Maintains quality standards, ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory in the work area.• Returns overflow inventory back to warehouse and updates warehouse inventory system.• Removes cardboard and trash from production environment.• Operates baling and recycling systems.• Maintains and services warehouse equipment, e.g., forklifts, trucks, railcars.• Coordinates work with warehouse associates, supervisors, and other team members.• Follows safety regulations.• Other related duties assigned as needed.

Entry level support role. Applies basic skills and may develop advanced skills using tools and equipment appropriate for job. Duties and tasks are standardized. Resolves routine problems. Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures and written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks. Typically requires less than one-year of experience in a warehouse environment.
