Travel and Meeting Coordinator
Ibotta is looking for an energetic, organized Travel and Meeting Coordinator to join our growing Client Partnerships team. This role will be responsible for coordinating all travel arrangements for the Client Partnerships leaders, including flights, hotel reservations, and logistics for client meetings. The ideal candidate is a planning perfectionist but knows how to pivot and solve problems when things inevitably go awry.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Act as the primary travel coordinator, responsible for all travel logistics, including the maintenance of the Client Partnership leaders’ calendars
- Assist with the planning and execution of client meetings, including scheduling, venue selection, logistics coordination, and outreach
- Assist with general calendar management
- Assist in keeping inventory and shipping of company “swag” for client meeting purposes
- Help Corporate Events Coordinator with conference and event logistics
- Proactively research and present business development opportunities, such as conferences, industry meetings and trade shows for each segment of the business
- Help with special projects as necessary

- A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant travel coordination and/or executive assistance experience
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Proven skills in vendor relationships
- Organized and deadline driven
- Exceptional communication skills
- Must be self-directed and self-motivated
- Bachelor’s Degree required
