Solutions Operations Manager at pax8
Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
- Owning and managing all ProServ projects as assigned – this includes:
- Meeting with Partners to ensure that requirements, deliverables, and desired outcomes are clearly defined
- Keeping Partners informed of the status of projects
- Ensuring all projects are completed as specified and meet Partner’s expectations
- Serving as escalation point for Partners, and coordinating efforts across teams and between individuals within the PSE organization
- Collaborating with Cloud Solutions Engineers and Partner Solutions Engineers to confirm accurate project scoping, project rates, and billable hours
- Providing weekly/monthly project forecasting and reporting to leadership, for purposes of capacity planning, revenue forecasting, project planning, and process optimization
- Conducting daily Agile Scrum style stand up meetings with ProServe team to ensure that every project is properly progressing
- Regularly leading retrospectives with ProServ team to identify new areas of opportunity

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SalesForce
- Knowledge of Wrike preferred
Required Education & Certifications:
- B.S./B.A. degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $66,000 or more depending on experience
