A Senior Closing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Closing Coordinator Team Lead/Manager in handling the day-to-day operations of the Closing Coordinator Team. They will be the responsible to ensure all Client Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are followed, and that the Team is exceeding the department’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Motivation of the Closing Coordinator Team for maximum daily production
  • Improve accountability for results and accuracy amongst the Team
  • Close detail monitoring to assure client SLA’s are met
  • Act as a primary source of training and guidance for new hires
  • Assist Team Lead/Manager in tracking and achieving all Team-specific KPIs
  • Fairly delegate and assign grid activities for efficient Team time-management
  • Assist Team Lead/Manager with identifying bottlenecks, system errors and redundancies
  • Align the Team’s performance with Company core values
  • First point of contact for all property issue escalations
  • Negotiate favorable terms to reduce rental rates and lease fees with the Property Managers and Regional Property Managers
  • Meet with Team Lead monthly to report on Team successes and potential areas of improvement

 

Job Skills/Qualifications

Required
  • Strong, professional leadership skills for team motivation and guidance
  • Highly motivated with metrics-driven performance
  • Experience with Customer-Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Strong negotiation skills to reduce rental rates and lease fees
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback for growth and development
  • Strong organizational skills with a self-starting attitude

 

Preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree
  • 5 years of professional Customer Service experience
  • Minimum of 1 year within the Transactions Department
