How you'll make an impact
SonderMind is hiring a Provider Education Manager to deliver on a provider education strategy that is differentiated in the marketplace, and drives preference for SonderMind. In this role, you will manage the existing education roadmap while leveraging your expertise to improve on it. Scope of work includes identifying and prioritizing education needs, diversifying education formats, integrating platforms for an excellent provider experience, measuring impact and managing a team of education coordinators.
Success looks like

  • Within two weeks, understand the provider portal functionality in its entirety. Understand how internal tools (CRM, Admin, Vanilla) affect provider experience. Understand the provider journey through onboarding. Understands how the provider education team works cross functionally.
  • Develop SonderMind's education offering to be a true market differentiator, making it easier to recruit providers and to upskill them to provide the highest quality of mental healthcare.
  • Gain credibility with the executive team as a trusted partner for driving provider behavior change

What you'll bring with you
Key Competencies

  • Established ability to develop and market effective clinical education
  • Ability to think through the lifecycle of an education effort to maximize impact, including communications and content marketing
  • Passion for leading and developing a team
  • Ability to demonstrate clinical and business outcomes from training
  • Utilized training in content marketing and lead generation
  • Developed training in many formats- SCORM, live webinars, handouts, peer coaching, etc
  • Familiarity with using quizzes and assessments to ID learning gaps and suggest new training
  • Created behavior change strategies in response to specific business needs
  • Familiarity with communications plans to drive participation in education
  • Collect feedback and use to inform and improve programming


Required Experience

  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Managed an education program that teaches clinicians
  • Designed optional training and encouraged participation
  • Experience with gamification
  • Managed a team of content creators
  • Managed a CE program
  • Experience with Adult Learners
  • Experience with instructional design
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry


Preferred Experience

  • Aptitude with Salesforce and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with Docebo or similar LMS

Our Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 This role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and variable bonus plan. Actual compensation is based commensurate with qualifications and experience.
This role can sit in the following locations: Denver, CO; RDU (Raleigh-Durham), NC; Nashville, TN; Boston, MA; Pittsburgh, PA; Chicago, IL; Austin, TX; Seattle, WA; Madison, WI
