Position Overview
We're looking for a Performance Management Coordinator to assist the People Services Manager with the administration of the company's performance management programs including short-term incentive program. This role will support employee development by assisting in the creation of career paths, and goals.

What will you do in this role?
You will...

  • Assist People Services Manager with the company's short-term incentive program.
  • Collaborate with managers on writing SMART goals. Ensure goals are visible in the HRIS; audit for accuracy.
  • Successfully deploy quarterly and semi-annual employee performance reviews; monitor for completion.
  • Execute defined projects around career paths and employee development.
  • Collaborate with internal partners in Learning & Development regarding relevant and effective development content.
  • Review, track and analyze data and deliver recommendations regarding performance management and talent development.
  • Support the development and implementation of the company's employee development strategy and solutions.
  • Assist with rollout and maintenance of Predictive Index program.
  • Monitor the company's performance management programs


What will you need to bring to the table in order to be successful in this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in talent development, organizational development, or human resources
  • Experience using UKG performance management module preferred
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion toward helping and empowering others
  • Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Problem solving capabilities with ability to apply judgment and make decision
  • Strong business acumen
  • Predictive Index Certification preferred
