About the Role
FareHarbor is seeking an Operations Specialist to join the Operations team in our Denver office.
We are looking for someone who can assist with our continued growth in the AMER region, by owning and coordinating office needs as well as day-to-day reporting requirements. This role reports directly to the GM of AMER and involves a mix of administrative tasks, process, data, creativity, and inter-departmental communication. The goal of this person is to make the office more efficient. If you’re highly organized, driven and detail-oriented we want to speak with you!
Responsibilities:
- Support the region’s various functions as directed by the GM
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative projects associated with general operations as well as reporting initiatives related to specific teams. For example:
- Assist as necessary in regional employee onboarding and offboarding process
- Regularly assist in coordination and execution of business-priority projects
- Coordinate employee in-person and virtual events
- Streamline all office processes and organization
- Own administration of all offices - ensuring proper processes exist for all office-logistics such as purchases and inventory management.
- Be the property contact for all facility issues in the region, coordinating with all local office-contacts (Sheraton, landlords, etc.) and ensuring a high level of meeting lease benefits
- Act as key employee point of contact for all office processes, space needs & improvements - improving employee satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage our office idea boxes to ensure a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement in the future of our spaces
- Sending NDAs and documentation to stakeholders as needed
Requirements:
- 1+ years working in an office setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Customer-service oriented
- Ability to multitask autonomously and prioritize projects
- High organization and high attention to detail
- FareHarbor has remote working flexibility, but role will have many office-based responsibilities so any candidates should be comfortable working in downtown Denver

Salary Range: $41,000 - $45,000
