Why this role

As part of our Marketing team, the Internal Communications Manager will lead all aspects of communication with our rapidly growing team of 500+ Evolvers. You’ll dedicate yourself to establishing relationships with stakeholders across the business to help align our team with our ambitious mission, vision, and goals. Your communication will build trust, connection, and engagement in an ever-changing environment. Most importantly, you’ll help keep our teams empowered and informed as we move towards becoming the most trusted hospitality brand in vacation rental.

What you’ll do

  • Support in the creation and execution of Evolve’s internal communications strategy at the all-company level and for specific audiences.
  • Partner with the People Team in the creation and delivery of communication strategies that support overall employee engagement.
  • Embody Evolve’s employer brand voice and ensure all communications and content are brand-aligned.
  • Write content for diverse audiences through a variety of internal communications mediums, such as emails, presentations, Slack messages, and intranet posts.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams across the company to communicate organizational changes, updates, and draft company perspectives on a variety of topics.
  • Oversee the content calendar, content creation, and maintenance of Evolve’s employee intranet.
  • Provide marketing support to Evolve’s Talent Acquisition team, including but not limited to content creation and moderation of Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and Indeed, recruitment collateral creation, and paid social media campaigns.
  • Provide marketing support to Evolve’s Learning & Development team, including but not limited to content and messaging partnership.
  • Provide marketing support to Evolve’s Leadership Team, including but not limited to deck creation for presentations.
  • Promote methods for collecting employee voice with abilities to analyze the data, identify trends, and provide feedback for adjustments based on the findings. 
  • Help define what success looks like for internal communication, establishing metrics, and tracking to quarterly and annual goals.

What makes you a great fit

  • 2-4 years of professional experience working internal/employee communication.
  • 2+ years experience managing direct reports.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proven experience in the creation and delivery of communication strategies that support overall employee engagement.
  • Proven experience in the creation and implementation of an employer brand voice.
  • Ability to multitask, collaborate, and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapid pace of change.
  • Experience with digital and video means of communication, as well as a strong design aesthetic to align content with brand standards.
  • Strong business acumen, understanding how this function drives value for the company.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to work with a diverse range of employees, teams and departments.
  • Proven experience tracking and analyzing efforts for continuous improvement.
  • Self-starter with patience and perseverance.
  • Organized, process-friendly, and detail-oriented.

Location 

Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office or a hybrid of both! We're currently all working remotely and will be opening up the office in September for our in office and hybrid options.

For this role our salary range is $56,000 to $80,000, depending on relevant experience

Location

Our office is located in Downtown Denver surrounded by the best the city has to offer. With our flexible remote work policy, our teammates are free to work in person in our Colorado space or remotely from home in 48 approved states.
