As a demand-focused marketer, you’re fluent in funnel. You think in terms of goals––with a deep understanding of how to achieve them using every tool in your kit. You love to experiment with new channels, working closely with MarketingOps on attribution to track what works and what doesn’t. You think in campaigns, from concept, to messaging, to targeting, to execution and tracking. Position Overview

The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for demand generation programs to drive awareness and engagement with accounts in our named target list and across key verticals to drive sales pipeline generation through multiple channels. We are looking for a results-oriented individual with proven expertise and passion for modern data-driven demand generation and account-based marketing practices and technologies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing impactful B2B marketing programs with a focus on ABM in the Fortune 2000. This role requires someone who is equally strong at strategy and planning, as well as hands-on execution.

What You'll Do 

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that achieve quarterly pipeline goals
  • Manage budgets, measure and report on pipeline targets, and continually optimize campaigns to increase ROI
  • Develop and launch demand gen programs such as webinars, email marketing, sponsorships, content syndication and lead nurture
  • Work closely with SDRs/Sales, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing and Product Marketing to align on strategies and tactics for reaching new logos, landing and expanding in top named accounts, and reporting insights across programs
  • Develop ABM campaigns to reach strategic accounts
  • Provide recommendations / point of view on optimal marketing mix, messaging and tactics for generating new leads and accelerating prospects

About You 

  • 3+ years of experience experience developing and executing strategic B2B demand generation and ABM programs to technical buyers at mid-market and large enterprises
  • Experience at SaaS companies, with a focus on IT and Cybersecurity
  • Ability to uncover marketing insights from attribution models, customer database analysis, historical data, funnel reporting, and other sources of customer insight
  • Track record of hitting aggressive pipeline targets and generating revenue
  • Deep understanding of ABM strategies and tactics
  • Expertise with a variety of marketing tools including but not limited to: Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mutiny, Integrate, Social and Community ads across Quora and Reddit and other IT-centric communities
  • Experience running digital campaigns across multiple channels including SEM, display, email, social, and web
  • Experience translating campaigns with cross-functional partner and channel marketing teams to further drive demand creation a plus
  • Enthusiastic about driving conversion rate efficiency across campaign performance, ad campaigns, landing pages and form fills
  • Self-starter; you spot opportunities to make things better and take ownership over them
  • Track record of collaborating across teams. You can effectively partner with SDRs and sales leaders, operations, designers, and marketers
