Summary/Objective:
Be a part of our client’s experience by coordinating the set-up of Utilities for new units we secure. The Housing Operations Specialists work with utility companies nationwide to ensure that power, gas, water, and other utilities are turned on for the duration of our client’s stay. This position is part of a larger team of specialists that are working to ensure that the move-in process is seamless and exceeds the client’s expectations. This high volume, task oriented position requires the ability to work on multiple units simultaneously with impeccable execution.
Essential Functions:
- Facilitate the set-up and tear down of furnishings and utilities remotely from our Denver office
- Identify, initiate, and develop strategic vendor relationship
- Negotiate rates and terms with furniture, utility, and telecommunications vendors
- Work directly with Account Managers to deliver customized housing solutions to clients
- Think critically to provide the highest level of service to client
- Coordinate multiple unit set-ups and tear-downs simultaneously remotely from our Denver office

Required Education & Experience:
- High school diploma and 2 years’ experience.
Shift Times: 9am - 6pm, scheduled for a 40 hour work week
Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct reports
Travel: No travel time expected for the position
