About the team
FIS B2B team is part of a newly formed organization within the Chief Product Office focused on critical areas of business growth for FIS as a whole. The team works across Banking, Merchant and Capital Markets to support the strength of assets we bring to the B2B ecosystem. This high growth area of the company is responsible for strategic market insight, including competitive and customer facing input, to support the long-term strategic plan and ensure product execution and partnerships to complement the vision in key areas for the business. It is a fast-paced team that brings a platform-based view of how we will continue to win in market, both for the US and globally.
What you will be doing
As the Head of B2B Strategic Planning & Market Development you will be responsible for supporting the strategic planning, GTM, and have partnership oversight for the B2B Solutions & Partnerships team. This role includes supporting building out the overall strategic roadmap for B2B, driving partnership and investment decisions, surveying the competitive landscape, and establishing our market presence in B2B.

Depth of knowledge of partnership ecosystem and how to navigate complex relationships
Understanding of the external market and internal teams to support success of the B2B vision
Ability to discuss complex problems into simple solutions and support the acceleration of the B2B business in tight alignment with the LOB
Alignment to Marketing, Commercialization team to provide the narrative on go-forward and celebrate success and early wins
