As our Director of Delivery & Support, you will lead the efforts around customer acceptance, delivery, and adoption for our products into the customer’s ecosystem. Key responsibilities include project staffing, sponsorship, customer relationship management, and people management. In addition, this leadership role contributes to the growth of the Implementation practice and participates in the sales cycle set expectations for project delivery.

What you will do:

  • Providing technical leadership to a cross-functional team that integrates product implementation and client services
  • Using your technical background and business orientation to drive client, vendor, team collaboration and communication towards successful on-time implementations
  • Developing high-trust, high-value client relationships based on a mutual understanding of excellence and success
  • Lead the implementation program(s) across technology and services to deliver our solution and value, and retain and grow the business
  • Own end-to-end program success and develop an in-depth knowledge of all critical technical and non-technical program elements
  • Manage and prioritize configuration/development activities to support program objectives
  • Ensure transparency in all client and cross-functional team communications through project plans, status meetings, and progress reports
  • Work very closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of our products while prioritizing customer needs and relationships

What you bring:

  • A background in Client Management, Product Management, Technical Program Management, Engineering, and related fields
  • Working knowledge of geospatial concepts and applications
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who drives hard - success comes to those who add more value to clients
  • Highly developed EQ - know what/how/why/when clients want to achieve
  • Comfortable with ambiguity – working with clients to identify needs and solutions and retain and grow business is a nuanced process
  • Ability to quickly grasp and deliver complex offerings - engage deeply with what you are delivering and how that fits with the needs of our customers
  • Self-driven, process-oriented, quick learner with a strong ability to grasp technical concepts
  • You build strong relationships and work well cross-functionally

Nice to have:

  • InsureTech, geospatial experience
  • I/ML experience would be a benefit
  • SaaS implementation expertise
  • Experience working in a global organization
