Who we are:

Our Company was founded on the idea that there are patterns in people’s behavior that, with the right logic, can be used to predict future outcomes.  We are a small but rapidly growing organization that works in partnership with our customers to create solutions that are simply not found anywhere else.  We work in groups rather than in structured corporate hierarchies; our culture is creative and entrepreneurial where everyone contributes to company goals in very real way.  We are a hardworking group, but we have a lot of fun with what we do and are looking for new people with a similar mindset to join the organization.

What we do:

Our proprietary software-as-a-service helps automotive dealerships and sales teams better understand and predict exactly which customers are ready to buy, the reasons why, and the key offers and incentives most likely to close the sale. Its micro-marketing engine then delivers the right message at the right time to those customers, ensuring higher conversion rates and a stronger ROI.

What you will do:

We are continuing to grow our Business Development & Dealer Relations teams in 2021 and need to continue setting them up for success with a robust, high-touch on-boarding and continuing education program.   The Director, Commercial Enablement is responsible for training and raising the consistency and standard of performance of our client facing teams across multiple verticals of the Commercial organization.

With so many people to train, evaluate, and support--we need frameworks, materials, templates, and standards that scale.  We need you to draft, edit, polish, maintain and publish documents, videos, and interactive courses for release in our Learning Management System.  Your best work may become customer facing and be shared with dealers directly via our sales platform.  All training materials you produce must be clear, succinct, useful, and easy to understand.

We have much to do, so what training must be created first?  On which individuals must you focus?  We do not yet have a scalable system or process for identifying those needing coaching and delivering it to them.  We need your help prioritizing, staying organized, and executing your plan.

Part of automotiveMastermind’s success is attributed to our unique culture and “One Team…” philosophy.  The Director, Commercial Enablement will be charged with coordinating large, in person and/or virtual events that focus on the development  and training of the broader commercial team.  The Director, Commercial Enablement will work constructively and seamlessly with cross-departmental verticals including, but not limited to, Product, Engineering, Finance, Customer Support, and Operations.

The Director, Commercial Enablement will be responsible for building and leading a team to support all Commercial Enablement needs and will be responsible for writing job descriptions, building compensation plans, executing all hiring and training needs of the Enablement Team.
