who you are

You’ve had at least a few years experience in Ad Ops, and you’re ready to take the lead on owning and running things yourself. You’re familiar with ad tech and the agency world, and understand what great campaign performance looks like.

You’re a tactical operator who loves executing a ton of moving parts and building processes on the fly. You’re not afraid of elbow grease, and you’re obsessed with getting the details right. You’re comfortable in Excel, HTML/CSS, and digital advertising concepts and best practices.

If that sounds like a lot, it is. But you also get to work with an awesome, battle-tested team who cares fiercely about becoming the best at what we do.

responsibilities

Digital campaign execution & analysis. You’ll be accountable for the entire digital campaign lifecycle, from static/video display to (eventually) email and digital OOH. You’ll run the day-to-day campaign execution, including ensuring accurate testing, trafficking, optimization and reporting for all digital display campaigns.) You’ll build and maintain dashboards for our sales and internal teams. Ultimately, your job is to ensure we’re delivering above and beyond for our clients.

Supporting digital placement installation & maintenance. Work directly with our publisher team to ensure that ad units are installed and serving properly.

Support additional product roll outs. You will be responsible for supporting installation, managing, troubleshooting, and monitoring additional digital products as they are rolled out by our team.
